For a resource loader why not just create an extender for the Control Toolkit?
I looked at this project but just don't see the need. <lost />

Folks is an alternative to current Ajax frameworks, presenting a simple and fast way to deploy a web application. To enable it, is simple, to remove, too. It's transparent (almost) to web forms development.
