nunos.zi-yu.com — The name is MooTools, a very cool Javascript Library, object oriented and with Ajax support. It simplifies the way you write your scripts because it has a very simple syntax and a lot of features integrated. Here you can find an css star rating system using ASP.NET , Css and Ajax (using mootools).
