Custom Themes in ASP.NET MVC Updated for Preview 5

pietschsoft.com — About two weeks ago I posted on how to Implement Custom Theme support in ASP.NET MVC. There were some breaking changes made when the Preview 5 release was released yesterday, so here's a post that contains the updated code for this new release. This is also a good example of how to create a custom ViewEngine in ASP.NET MVC Preview 5.
