This wont be too incredibly helpful, but there are a few other Free charting options for .net. Both winforms and asp. fyi

You can try FusionCharts. http://www.fusioncharts.com/ OR, http://www.fusioncharts.com/free/

Both work with any scripting language.

Yep, the main libraries for Open Flash Chart are in PHP, but I'm talking about a new library made for Open Flash Chart and it's in ASP.NET.
