Go learn string tables, as your article states, but you should really see it as a good thing.

I am not complaining, you are taking it too seriously ;)
But I do think that English is good enough for most countries (I am not coming from an English speaking country).
Anyway, I would focus on the main issue which is the technical part of this article...
