blog.csharp-online.net — C# Online.NET has implemented a new, private, Google powered, Web search engine. It is designed to access only premium non-Microsoft C# and .NET related sites. This will provide better results which exclude the many redundant, outdated, and unmaintained Web sites which may clutter normal search engine results.

Seems to be a very exclusive search as it doesn't return any information from ITtoolbox, which is pretty sad because the ITtoolbox community is quite large and authoritative.

There also doesn't appear to be a way to contact the admins without creating an account. Take that as you will.
