Tool for creating SQLite databases in Windows

sourceforge.net — I don't work much with Linux environments. Nor do I have a PHP environment om my laptop. Realizing that choices were slim, I created my own handy tool to create SQLite databases that I can use witch the System.Data.SQLite package found over at http://sqlite.phxsoftware.com/ This latest release uses SQLite v3.3.12
