Ooh, no links to www.dotnetkicks.com and not even the use of the name "DotNetKicks.com"? How rude after repurposing its content. :(

Well, he did bring the content back to DNK and did the work to summarize the top 10.

The issue is when his/her article gets picked up by other sites like DZone, del.icio.us, etc. and DNK gets no hits from that, but his/her blog does.
