Fix for Mads' C# OpenID Implementation

Check_Authentication is a request protocol for OpenID that plugs a security hole recently found in Mads Kristensen's OpenID implementation. I have implemented the method and provided instructions on how to integrate this method into his code, giving you a secure, lightweight OpenID consumer.
