One LINQ operator to rule them all

SelectMany is an incredibly useful and also surprisingly powerful LINQ operator. In fact, all variety of these operators are just constrained versions of SelectMany: Select, Concat, Where, Take, Skip, TakeWhile, SkipWhile and Distinct.
