Introducing Rx (Linq to Events) AKA Reactive Framework

It appears that the Silverlight 3 Toolkit has included the upcoming Reactive Framework in with it. If you haven't been following, the Reactive Framework should do to event-based and asynchronous programming what LINQ did to working with lists, sets, queries, etc.
