Windows Azure App Fabric SDK .NET 4.0 gotcha  (Unpublished)

Some issues I have run into learning Windows Azure App Fabric. I am open to comments on why the .NET 4.0 version of App Fabric doesn't just work the same as the .NET 3.5 version.
