Nice tool. I have to say though it's a pity Microsoft has made things this difficult. In the iOS emulator, files are stored on the hard drive under the users home folder for easy access. Files on iOS devices can be added/removed through iTunes (or XCode if the device is provisioned).
I think this is another stumbling block for fresh WP7 developers, and Microsoft would do well to remedy small issues like this.
