.NET 4.0 Runtime Superceded by .NET 4.5!

...Much to my surprise, there was not a .NET 4.5 Framework Directory! After some digging, I discovered that ".NET 4.5 Supercedes .NET 4.0"! This means that the new Runtime replaces the 4.0 runtime.
