Custom Paging using: EntityFramework 4.1, ObjectDataSource, and ListVi

What is custom paging? Say if you have a 1,000 records inside of a database, and you want to display 10 records at a time. Conventional paging would require you to fetch all and have your website or web application handle the paging. As we all know, this can get pretty expensive with the records travelling from the database to your website or web application.
