Very nice, I wish Microsoft would have implemented this as an addon to IIS, rather than part of Azure. Glad to see the community stepping in and filling the gaps.

@dpeterson, Thanks! :) Actually Kudu is made by David Fowler who is a Microsoft employee. I think your idea on creating Kudu as an IIS addon/plugin is really interesting. I'll update the post :-)
