Managing tests in Visual Studio 2012 is so annoying

Visual Studio 2012 introduces improvements in Unit Test Platform. One of these improvements should be the new Test Explorer window but it is not. It makes test management and execution much more challenging than it used to be in Visual Studio 2010.
