Conclusion There is an incentive for publishers that use DNK to setup phony accounts that will help get stories from certain domains on the front page. So guess what happens ... it would appear that a certain number of people are doing this.

DotNetKicks buttons extensions for DotNetBlogEngine 1.0 and 1.1 , both use a save method of Post, and this happens when the user save the post in the blog site, and save the html button in the body permanently, which is obstructive, but this not work when use Windows Live Writer for publish the post. So, I have created this other version based in the BreakPost extension

A silverlight 2.0 implementation of a very basic DotNetKicks reader. Showshow to read XML data cross domain using WebClient and then parsing the data using XLINQ and finally displaying the data using Silverlight 2.0!!!

i didn't do this the right way i didn't go through documentation or consult with forums, i just wanted to do this the quick and easy way, what i do is i keep a sepparate theme for my blog sepparate from other bloggers so i can change whatever i like without hurting anyone's blogs

The DotNetKicks open source project is blistering ahead, there have been 336 commits in the last month taking us up to revision 501. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the project so far. The current skin of DotNetKicks just isn't quite there. It doesn't look as cool as it could. And I'm sure it's just because the time hasn't been spent to make it look good. So, I thought I'd put together a mockup design that is based off the current design, but with some improvements. I like it, but the test is if any of you like it too. Let me know what you think.
