@panic, lol the sad thing is they usual don't know they are bad programmers. I sure didn't when I was starting out. Looking at code I wrote even just a year ago makes me cringe.

@justinbezanson what's really scary is when a developer has 10~ years of experience that it's put him into a V.P. type role and has been out of touch with technology for 2-3 years and still wishes to attempt to micromanage the design of the system with what type of design patterns and direction on technology to use.

IE tightly coupling and new technology? Don't use it! FAIL.
