URL and HTML Encoding on the Client? JavaScript to the Rescue!

stevenharman.net — Everyone knows about doing URL and HTML encoding/decoding in their Server Side code (thanks to classes like HttpUtility), but what about doing that encoding and decoding on the Client side? JavaScript has some utility methods to help you out - giddy-up!
