Experimental structured editors for C# and XML

That's right.

But it's also about speeding up typing a little bit. The operations on these 'blocks' are atomic - just click on the rectangle to select any language construct, and then - delete, move, copy, rename, etc. (no need for text selection). And you'll never have to hit Tab again for proper indentation.
