I want a DotNetKicks "kick it" image+link on some posts, but not all - and there is no automated way to do that. So I created an "Insert Kick It Counter..." plugin for Windows Live Writer to insert a placeholder, and a Wordpress plugin to insert the image+link when the placeholder is found. Hopefully somebody else will find it useful also!

Microsoft is aiming to unveil the new technology - which it may christen as the "Dynamic Language Runtime" (DLR) - at its Mix '07 conference, which kicks off on April 30 in Las Vegas, sources added."

LINQ To Flickr

I had some free time at last, so I implemented a LINQ extension to Flickr, so you can query for photos by tags, creation date, user id or title, the implementation was really easy because I didn't have to use the Flickr API's directly as I found a good open source library for this called FlickrNet which I used as my infrastructure.
