Yeah, dead on article. For most of my independent projects I am in the zone, but at day to day work, its usually just "in the rut" or "rat race"

I'm not sure what copy of Monaco you are using, but bold and italics works fine for me.

The font isn't really that great, in my opinion. I prefer monaco.
