You are right. The comment needs to be rewritten. What it means is that there are cases when the source code is so broken that Google aborts the indexing of the page.

Nikhilk Kothari's site (almost) made XHTML valid
The video in itself is entertaining but above all it shows that it is very easy to find sites that are not Web Standards compliant. It also shows that becoming standard does not have to be painful anymore thanks to Aggiorno (www.aggiorno.com)
