It's a little far reaching at points, but he makes valid points. I think a lot of us have been writing WebForms applications that mimic MVC's maintainability and well-defined separation of concerns all along. It always frustrates me to see people using WebForms poorly and then blaming the entire technology for their own shortcomings.

I have to agree. Doing something like this completely defeats the point of having semantic code to begin with. Might as well just use tables (and <center>).
