Wouldn't this be classified as cloaking?
Also why not just parse the IIS logs unless?

What Screen size should we be building sites for?

I agree with renesisx. Say your ecomm site has the same 800x600 ratio to 9% do you really want to exclude those potential purchases?

Cool WPF Note taker application

needs to be free to be worth the download... Great concept however a trial of a note taking app is just more vapor ware unless it steps up with better features and worth the money.
