Google Chrome is here
There's a little more to say. Like it's based on Webkit so start testing for it (iPhone, Android, Safari and now Chrome are all causing webkit to grow). And V8 is their JavaScript VM and it's wicked fast.

Google Browser: Chrome
HTML rendering should be fine since it's webkit (so if it looks right in Safari, it will probably look right in Chrome). JavaScript is another story. Hopefully their engine is compatible with existing implementations.

Crunch mode is a pure waste of time, energy and money
If someone thinks the link in this blog is worth reading, it can be resubmitted. Otherwise, this is a worthless post.

subsonic 2 1 released
"Title says it all" is lazy. It's not that hard to go to the post, copy a paragraph out that sums it up and paste it into the item here. What you left out is that this isn't just a small point release, it's a fairly large update. Just reading the title doesn't tell you that.

Restoring VS2005's 'prop' snippet in VS2008
The only thing I don't like about automatic properties is that I can't set a default value. So when I need a default, I use the old snippet

Happy Birthday Scott Guthrie!
I like Scott as much as the next guy who's never met him and only reads his blogs, etc. But why not give your money to an open source project you use instead? Scott is backed by the largest software company in the world and is (I'm assuming) properly compensated for his hard work.
