For a desktop version you might want to check out Koders Pro (http://www.koders.com/corp/products/pro), it has many more features.

Thanks Gavin, I hope you find it useful. Even if all the core features are already there it still needs a lot of tuning. It's a project for my information retrieval course at the university, but hopefully it might become much more if there's any interest from the community.
