Flash and Proxy Support on .NET WebBrowser Controls - Part II

After building up a quick prototype for adding Flash and Proxy server support to the WebBrowser control, here's the finished product along with an example project and source code. Enjoy.

Creating a Modal Popup Template Control

The ModalPopupExtender is one of my favorite AJAX extenders. It provides a slick UI experience for little overhead. The most difficult part of implementing the extender is recreating the popup panels over and over again for similar tasks. This control takes the hassle out of using ModalPopups.

Creating a Vista-like Menu Bar Custom Control

This article describes creating a .NET custom server control that emulates the Aero Glass menu bars in Vista--simply using CSS. Source available in both .NET 3.5 and 2.0.

JavaScript Popup Reminder OnBeforeUnload Control for Multiple Browsers

Explaination of how to create a custom control for ASP.NET that uses cross-browser compatible JavaScript to "prompt" the user before they leave the page. Useful for those forms when page validation may not be enough.

Using a Modal Popup to Modify LINQ GridViews

A follow-up to Scott Guthrie's LinqDataSource post that demonstrates how to use the ModalPopupExtender to modify Gridview information when LINQ expressions prevent built-in GridView editing.
