I use ProFont at home, it is an easy to read font at small sizes.

I use Triskweline--I tried using ProFont but it seems like maybe it was too wide for my liking.

I just checked out Consolas, and I really like it! Comments on the linked site say it doesn't hold up well over RDP, so when I remote I might switch back to another font, but otherwise I'm sold.

Check out my Envy Code B (or A) at http://www.damieng.com/damieng/Typography/Original/EnvyCodeB.aspx if you like your fonts pixel sharp without ClearType.

Otherwise Monaco, Anonymous and Vera Sans get my votes.

Really don't like the lower case g and a couple of other characters in Consolas.
