Using Visual Studio 2008 with IIS 7.0

learn.iis.net — Visual Studio® provides several options for working with IIS when developing web sites and applications. These include the Web application and Web site projects. In Visual Studio 2008, these features receive a much awaited upgrade to properly support IIS 7.0 in Windows Vista® and Windows Server® 2008. In addition, the recently released Web Deployment Project 2008 also provides support for IIS 7.0.
