codeplex.com — The Windows Vista Controls for .NET 2.0 library is an open-source project which was started in January 2007 and has been released on CodePlex, undergoing several updates and changes. Its latest 1.3 release includes several native Vista common controls which can be included in any WinForms application and includes other features like DWM thumbnails, DWM glass and Task Dialogs.
