How to prevent blurry images and lines in WPF

blog.actiprosoftware.com — One issue with WPF is that it's very easy for images and lines to become blurry when they are not positioned directly at integer pixel locations, even when SnapsToDevicePixels = true. This post introduces the PixelSnapper decorator that makes it easy to work around this problem.
